Vivatus Longevity

The operating system for longevity medicine.

Vivatus Longevity is the EMR, outcomes engine, and in-room program builder for longevity clinics — one platform from first intake to proven results.

HIPAA-ready architecture · Hosted on AWS under a signed BAA · Demo data is synthetic

Vivatus command center in dark mode: a patient overview with a Longevity Score dial reading 99, biological age 46 beside a chronological age of 52, and an on-track status badge.

A turn-key program, not just software.

Adding longevity medicine shouldn't mean building an operation from scratch. Clinics join one program with three moving parts — and the parts already fit together.

Software

The EMR and outcomes platform this site is about: patient records, the Longevity Score, labs and diagnostics, therapy plans, quoting, and a patient portal — multi-clinic from day one.

Patient roster screen listing five synthetic patients with medical record numbers, ages, and last-visit dates.

Products

A curated catalog — peptides, supplements, IV therapy, and advanced modalities — sourced through fulfillment partners and priced directly into each patient's program.

Partnership

A shared-revenue clinic program covering the software, the catalog, training, and support under one agreement. You practice the medicine; we run the engine.

Longevity Score command center: a 0–100 dial, biological age tracked against chronological age, and navigation from intake through vitals, biomarkers, therapies, and outcomes to a proof card.

The Longevity Score command center

Every patient opens on one composite: a 0–100 score across six body systems — cardiovascular, metabolic, hormonal, cognitive, musculoskeletal, immune — computed from their own labs, vitals, fitness, and self-reported outcomes, with biological age tracked alongside.

It's a directional clinical tool, and the interface says so on-screen — not a validated diagnostic index.

The in-room program builder

Longevity programs are decided in the exam room, not in a follow-up email. Build a personalized program beside the patient — therapies, supplements, diagnostics cadence — and quote a monthly cost on the spot.

Built from
the clinic's own catalog
Output
a monthly price the patient sees today
Diagnostics protocol catalog: a gold-standard tier listing advanced lipids with ApoB, hs-CRP, HbA1c, fasting insulin, and OGTT, each with its own re-test cadence.

Labs & diagnostics, on protocol

A tiered diagnostic catalog — advanced lipid panels, hormone testing, DEXA body composition, imaging, fitness, microbiome — each with its own re-test cadence. Genetics map to supplement recommendations, and every result flows back into the score.

Coverage
bloodwork · body comp · imaging · genetics
Cadence
per test, per protocol tier
Biomarker panel: markers such as hs-CRP, HbA1c, fasting glucose, and free testosterone with values, units, reference ranges, and normal or borderline status.

Outcomes a patient can hold

Biomarker panels track every marker against its reference range, visit over visit. Proof cards condense a patient's progress onto one printable page — the thing they take home and show their spouse.

The patient portal

Each patient signs into a portal that shows their own record and nothing else. The boundary isn't a hidden menu item — it's row-level security in the database itself. A record that isn't yours doesn't exist as far as the portal is concerned.

Enforced by
the database layer, not app code

Built HIPAA-ready from the first line of code.

Written for the physician who will be asked hard questions — and for the compliance officer asking them. No certifications are claimed, because none exist for HIPAA; what follows is architecture.

Tenant isolation, in the database
Row-level security scopes every query to the clinic at the database layer. A cross-clinic request doesn't fail politely — the rows simply don't exist for it.
A portal clamped to its patient
The patient portal is restricted to the signed-in patient's own rows by the same database mechanism — not by application code that could regress.
Immutable audit trail
A trigger-based, append-only audit log. The application's database role can record events but can never edit or delete them.
Field-level encryption
Sensitive fields are encrypted with AES-256-GCM, with key versioning built into every row so keys can be upgraded without data loss.
Two-factor authentication
TOTP-based two-factor sign-in for clinic staff, with account lockout on repeated failed attempts.
Reviewed and hosted accountably
Independent security hardening review completed in 2026. Hosted on AWS infrastructure under a signed Business Associate Agreement.

Real patient data activates only after third-party penetration testing and clinical sign-off. Until then, every demo runs on synthetic data.

From agreement to first patient.

Onboarding is guided end to end — most clinics are configured within a day of signing.

  1. Agreement

The partnership agreement and paperwork — one signature covers software, catalog, and program.

  2. Clinic & staff setup

We configure your clinic, staff accounts, and product catalog with you. Guided, about a day.

  3. Staff training

Your team trains on the real workflows with our step-by-step guides — intake, scoring, quoting, ordering.

  4. First patient

Intake to personalized program in the first visit — with a quote the patient takes home.
